PLACING AN ORDER
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Services team by email, or call us on 0800 130 3535.
To place an order, simply click on the item shown on the product list page, view the full details for the item you have selected and then click on the add to basket button once you have checked that you have selected the correct size and colour should these apply. The item will then be added to your basket. You can view the items in your basket at any stage by clicking on the View Basket button at the top of the page.
To help us prevent fraud, orders of £200 GB pounds or more may require a landline telephone number. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
We make every effort to display as precisely as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
IN STOCK ITEMS
All items shown as 'In Stock' can normally be despatched inside a 48 hour timeframe. Once despatched from our warehouse orders are delivered within 2 - 6 working days.
Orders can be upgraded to a next day delivery service at an extra charge. This excludes delivery on weekends or public holidays. To upgrade to a next working day delivery service, orders must be placed before 1pm and will be applicable to in stock items only.
SUPPLIER DESPATCHED ORDERS
Some items may need to be specially order from our suppliers, in these instances the delivery specification of 2 - 6 working days before despatch will be indicated underneath the item description.
Once you have finished selecting your items and you have checked your basket, you can proceed to register your contact details before completing the purchase process. In this process you will be asked to set up a password to access your account. You will also have the option of providing a separate delivery address if required.
If you are already registered with Derby House, simply enter your username and password before completing the checkout process.
You can review your order before making your payment and make any necessary amendments at this stage.
Once you have successfully made your payment, you will receive an order reference followed by an order confirmation email. If for any reason you do not receive your order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please call our Customer Services team on 0800 130 3535 or contact us using the online contact form and we will verify that your order has been received.

Our Customer Services team will be happy to place the order on your behalf. Please note that any orders placed over the telephone must be paid via debit or credit card. We are unfortunately unable to reserve any products without payment due to limited stock and availability. If any advice or recommendations are requested our Customer Services team will be happy to offer their honest and unbiased opinion, however, please note that this is not factual information. We cannot be held responsible for any recommendations made, should the item received differ from your expectations. You are however, entitled to return the product for a full refund/replacement providing the goods are returned in their original condition.
