Derby House gift vouchers make great presents for family and friends or as prizes for equestrian events. Our gift vouchers are available in two versions, a paper version redeemable by placing your order via Customer Services or an e-mail online voucher which can be redeemed online and by phone.
Each online voucher contains a unique serial number/redeem code which can be quoted over the phone or entered into the voucher code box within our online checkout.
To redeem paper voucher, you can place your order through our sales team, however, you will need to send your paper vouchers to us by post to the address below before your order can be released. Once your vouchers have been received your order will be despatched to you.
If any product purchased with a voucher is consequently exchanged for a product of a lesser price, any money owing will only be issued as a voucher. If your purchase was partially paid for with a voucher and a refund is payable to you, your account will be credited up to the vouchers original value and any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase.
All paper vouchers will need to be returned to the following address, please provide your address details, order number (if applicable) and a daytime contact number.

Paper gift vouchers are available to purchase in £5, £10, £20 and £50 values and our online vouchers can be purchased up to the value of £200.
VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Vouchers must not be used in conjunction with any other sale or promotional offer.
- Only one Email Voucher can be used per transaction, i.e multiple vouchers cannot be used on a single order.
- All vouchers have a clear expiration date and must be used within the timeframe stated.
- If you are placing an order over the phone using a voucher, the original email must be eligible to forward to the Customer Service agent to apply the code for you.
