Sales Executive x 2
Location 1. Wrightington - Location 2. Moreton-in-Marsh
Derby House is a leading equestrian retailer that operates 7 retail stores and a significant mail order operation. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic Sales Specialist to dedicate to our ancillary products such as Equi-Trek Horse Trailers and Horse Boxes.  Ideally you will have outstanding people skills and the energy and imagination to deliver and excel in B2C sales and customer service

We are looking for candidates with sales experience and knowledge of the equestrian market. It is essential to have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, personable, professional and have ability to sell and deliver results.

Roles & Responsibilites
1. Work closely with the Sales Manager to continually drive sales.
2. Meeting and exceeding Sales Targets.
3. Dealing professionally with general enquiries.
4. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
5. Arranging meetings and test drives with potential customers.
6. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
7. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
8. Gathering market and customer information.
9. Representing Derby House at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
10. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
11. Liasing with supplier to check the progress of existing orders, delivery and specifications to meet the customers expectations.
12. Recording sales and order information.
13. Checking goods on display and in stock, ensuring all products are well presented.
14. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
15. Identifying customer buying trends.
16. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Package includes Basic Salary £17,000 OTE £21,000

Tele-Sales Coordinators

Derby House Saddlery is a leading equestrian retailer that operates a significant mail order operation; we also have 7 stores throughout the country.
We are currently seeking to expand our successful telesales business within the company, as we continue to grow from strength to strength we are recruiting for enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated team members, you will ideally have outstanding people skills and the energy and imagination to deliver and excel in a customer service driven environment. We are looking for candidates that have an outstanding telephone manner, have a go-getter attitude, self-motivated, personable, professional and have ability to sell and deliver to a high level of customer service.

Working in a mixed social and professional environment on behalf of Derby House. Your job role will entail a combination of inbound sales and outbound calling to existing customers.
Our working hours will be from: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 7.30pm. Saturday 9am to 5pm. Based at our Lathom Head Office.

Your working week will consist of a 37.5 hour week and will be expected to be fairly flexible within these hours to ensure that the best performance of the business is met. You will work closely with the Mail order Manager who will be responsible for your training and development within the company.
