Call Centre Operatives

Full and Part Time positions available

Derby House requires Call Centre Operatives to work at its busy Mail Order department at its offices in Lathom, near Ormskirk.

Applicants will be required to take customer orders and help optimise sales opportunities as well as deal with customer enquiries, update the customer database, promote the Derby House product range and cross and up-sell other products as part of its regular promotions.

The role would suit a lively, dynamic team player with an excellent telephone manner. Experience in a similar role with equestrian knowledge would be an advantage but a willingness to learn new skills is just as important.

Salary is negotiable plus the successful applicants will receive full in-house training and staff discount.
