Derby House is proud to offer a new hassle free returns service using DPD Pick Up. This allows you to drop your parcel off at over 1000 stores nationwide and let DPD do the rest for you. To take advantage of this free service please refer to your returns label included in your parcel and follow the instructions. 

  • When returning please complete your returns note, stating your reason for return and your preference for either a refund or replacement. Please put this note inside your returning parcel.
  • State your order number on the returns label, peel off and attach to your parcel, ensuring that any old labels are removed or covered.
  • Visit DPD Pick Up locator to find your nearest DPD Pick Up shop.
  • Drop your return off at the most convenient DPD shop.

If you have included your mobile number when registering with Derby House, you will be kept updated with the whereabouts of your parcel and DPD will provide notification when the return has been received back within our warehouse, with a time, date and a signature.

Please make a note of the parcel number situated on the right hand side of the returns label as Derby House are unable to track any returned parcels without this reference.


That is not a problem, please call or email our helpful Customer Services team who will complete your request online for you. You will receive an email from us with your unique parcel label and tracking number; simply print and attach to the parcel, then drop it off at a collection point of your choice at your convenience.

  • The despatch time for each item may differ due to stock levels and third party products. Should there be a slight delay with your order, our Customer Services team will ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your order.
  • When your parcel arrives at your delivery address, a signature will be required to acknowledge receipt.
  • Gift Vouchers may be despatched by Royal Mail.
  • If authorisation has been given by the customer for their parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, they do so at their own risk and we would be unable to accept responsibility should that parcel become lost or damaged after delivery.
  • Free delivery offers, when available, only apply to orders for delivery to the UK Mainland ( and not Outer UK Mainland). Free delivery offers are sent using Standard Delivery Service.

Items shown to include a ‘quoted delivery’ logo are either heavy, oversized or of an irregular shape. These items may have an additional delivery charge associated with them, or restrictions to delivery locations. For security reasons relating to international air transport, we are unfortunately unable to deliver liquids, aerosols and gels outside of mainland UK.


When you place an order you can choose to either have your goods delivered to your home address or an alternative delivery address. If you do not already have an alternative delivery address listed on your account you can enter this at the time of placing a new order in the appropriate section, or can be requested through our Customer Services team prior to despatch of the order. Please note that Derby House cannot be held responsible where a confirmed order has incorrect delivery information.  If the address on the confirmation email for the order is incorrect, please call us immediately on 0800 130 3535. All delivery addresses which are different to the billing address must have a landline number applied to the account.


Unless you have requested a next day delivery, we aim to despatch all goods from our warehouse within 48 hours on Derby House Own Brand products and 2-6 working days with our third party products from the receipt of the order. Occasionally at exceptionally busy times this may take a little longer, if it is anticipated that delivery may be delayed you will be notified by either email or telephone (if applicable) by our Customer Services team. Derby House may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility.


Derby House is pleased to work in partnership with Interlink and Royal Mail.

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your good. If you are not available to collect and sign on the couriers intial visit they may leave it at a neighbouring address, or in a safe place (this is upon the drivers discretion). A calling card will be posted through your door to inform you this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the couriers contact number to arrange re-delivery.

The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three times and if delivery is unsuccessful after the third effort they will return the goods to Derby House. Derby House reserves the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery of a parcel if it is returned to us after failed deliveries.

*NB If you are not entirely satisfied with the delivery received and/or the items received do not correspond with the items listed on your delivery invoice or despatch email, you MUST contact Derby House immediately.


If you have provided an email address on your account information online, once your item/s are despatched you will receive a despatch email containing your tracking information.  Please allow 6 working days for the items despatched on this email to be delivered.  If you have not received your delivery within this timescale then you may wish to follow the tracking information that is provided on the despatch email or alternatively, please contact us immediately on 0800 130 3535 so we can investigate this further.

If orders are not received within the approximate delivery times from the point of despatch, customers should once again contact us immediately by email at or telephone  on 0800 130 3535.  Every effort will be made to track shipments and replacements/reimbursements will be issued were necessary within a two week period from the despatched date. However, it is the customers' responsibility to keep track of their orders and once this time frame has been exceeded we are unable to replace or refund any missing or un-received orders.
