Delivery Options and Charges
The estimated despatch time for each item can be found above once you have selected a size and colour. This is an estimate only, for a more accurate despatch timescale, please call our experienced team on 08455 209 209. Most items are delivered Monday to Friday however occasionally the courier may deliver on a weekend if the parcel volumes are exceptionally high.
When your parcel arrives at your delivery address, a signature will be required to acknowledge receipt.
Gift vouchers may be dispatched by Royal Mail.
If a next working day is available for your item, this will be shown during the checkout, based on the item being in stock.
Available Delivery Services to UK Addresses:
Express Delivery - £4.95 - 2-4 Working Days from the point of despatch
Next Day Delivery - £9.25 - Next Working Day from the point of despatch if ordered before 1pm.
Delivery to non UK addresses
We offer a range of delivery services overseas, these are dependant on the items you are ordering and the weight of your parcel
When placing an order to a non UK address we will contact you by telephone/email to confirm final delivery charges before depatch, please allow 14-28 days for overseas delivery.
Important Additional Delivery Information
If you have provided an email address on your account information online, once your item/s are dispatched you will receive a dispatch email. Please allow 5 working days for the items despatched on this email to be delivered. If you have not received your delivery within this timescale then you may wish to follow the tracking information that is provided on the despatch email or alternatively, please contact us immediately on 08455 209 209 so we can investigate this further.
If orders are not received within the approximate delivery times from the point of despatch, customers should once again contact us immediately by email at email@example.com or telephone on 08455 209 209. Every effort will be made to track shipments and replacements will be issued within two week timeframe from dispatched, as it is the customers responsibility to keep track of their orders. Once this time frame has been exceeded we are unable to replace or refund any missing or un-received orders.
